Ray Ward

Ray Ward is an artist who works in egg tempera painting, drawing and wherever his ideas take him. He has exhibited regularly since graduating in 1983 and now lives and works from his studio in Wiltshire. His imagery can seem odd, droll, sometimes beautiful and sometimes comic. This reflects his many influences coming from cartoons, fine art and literature. Usually, if you find his work funny it is not, whereas if you find it serious it is most likely funny.
