Tom Perkins

Tom Perkins is a well-known letter carver and lettering designer, with commissions covering a wide spectrum from memorials and plaques and lettering designed for architectural projects, to carved stones for landscape and garden, book jacket and logo design, painted lettering and personal work for exhibition and sale. He has taught internationally for several decades.

Tom’s book ‘The Art of Lettercarving in Stone’ was published by the Crowood Press in 2007. He is a fellow of the Calligraphy & Lettering Arts Society. The Temenos Academy, The Society of Designer Craftsmen, The Royal Society of Arts, and elected member of Letter Exchange.
